Our Thoughts

To achieve the best possible interactive obedience training with your dog, that goes further than general obedience, we need to learn to reach the dogs’ way of thinking. This is not relying on treats/toys etc. That will ‘tickle the surface‘ without reaching a more enriching depth.

Dogs are pack orientated and should be acknowledged and respected for that.

They are dignified and need to be understood, in order to gain a stronger and deeper relationship between you both.

We therefore learn, focus and train naturally, beyond treats/toys. Appreciating a dog who listens and responds better, not purely because of a quick ‘hand out‘.

Being a good ‘dog parent’ on the end of the lead rather than ‘anybody’ is vital to your dog’s attention and responses.

‘Issues’ that dog owners often experience are generally attributed to the owner simply being ‘anybody’ rather than a ‘pet parent’.

Equally, prevent ‘issues’ by starting right and staying right

So consider joining us to learn to be the latter. You will be relieved and your dog will be grateful.
